Attorney- Margo E. Welch possesses nearly 30 years of legal experience at her position as the owner of Welch Law Offices, Margo has a passion for providing efficient and client-focused support to the firm’s many and varied individual and entity clients. She guides the efforts of our staff helping to manage all aspects of the practice, from billing and bookkeeping to meeting clients. She excels at creating a positive, inspiring work environment and stays focused on cultivating excellent relationships with both new and long standing clients and business partners. Every day she brings her top notch legal skills to her varied tasks in solving problems and ensuring our clients feel valued while being treated with professionalism, empathy and respect.

Margo graduated from Smith College in 1984 and Western New England School of Law in 1994, and is a member of the Hampshire Bar Association.

Paralegal-Andrea J. Plankey has been in the legal field for over 10 years and has a passion for assisting the attorney in real estate and estate planning matters. Andrea graduated from University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 2008 and pursued her career as a paralegal at Middlesex. She is praised for her persistent hard work and dedication and enjoys meeting new clients and finding ways to help them reach their goals.

Andrea became a licensed paralegal in 2017 with the National Federation of Paralegal Assistants.

Office Manager- Judith A. Herlihy has been with Welch Law Offices for nearly 20 years and has been involved with all aspects of client transactions.
