Real Estate Service
Starting at just $575
Refinance $575 includes all work up to and through the refinance closing including coordinating the documents from the lender, acting as settlement agent for the funds and checks associated with the closing (so as ‘to settle the loan’), and post-closing work such as following up on any outstanding documents or recordings.
Purchase $750-$1,100 includes coordinating the title work (a separate cost of $250), all work up to and through the closing including review of the Purchase and Sale Agreement, coordinating the documents from the lender, acting as settlement agent, title insurance per your request and post closing work such as following up on any outstanding documents or recordings.
Sale- $725- $1,200 includes all work – drafting of the Purchase and Sale Agreement, coordinating the documents for the closing including preparation and execution of a deed and any power of attorney, preparation of a settlement statement, securing a mortgage loan payoff statement and information as to other closing adjustments, attending the closing and any time on post-closing work such as following up on any outstanding documents or recordings.
Estate Planning Service
Offering at the base price of $375
We meet with clients to discuss their estate planning goals and go over any questions, drafting documents including Last Will and Testament, Durable Power of Attorney and Health Care Proxy, finalizing the documents with clients, setting up an appointment to execute the final documents with the attorney and providing the clients with their own package for Estate Planning.

Probate Court Matters
Available at an hourly rate of $195 for in office work and $225 an hour for any court appearance
We offer services in the administration and settlement of an Estate. Attorney recognizes that the Client anticipates to be appointed Personal Representative, and Attorney will assist Client with all matters relative to the Estate administration. Although the scope of Attorney's work can not be detailed in full, it is anticipated to include assistance in Client’s appointment as Personal Representative, assisting Client in identifying and marshaling all of the Estate assets, payment of Estate expenses, preparation and filing of the Estate income tax return(s), coordination and payment of distributions under the terms of the Will, advice with respect to the timing and manner of distribution of Estate assets, and preparing and close out of the Estate.
